I slept in today, skipped the hike and just caught up on stuff in the morning. In the afternoon I rented a bike but didn't get on the road until 3:30. I biked into Snow Canyon, the state park right outside the spa. See video and charts for details on the ride.

Today for a change of pace we headed out to Zion National Park and a killer hike up to Hidden Canyon, a 2 mile hilke that was 800ft straight up. It felt good at the top at least :-}

Taking it a little easy today. Very fast paced hike, the climb was less extreme then yeasterday but it was very sandy and the guide was VERY fast. Real workout.

Much more strenuous day today. 7am resting metabolic rate test, breakfast, Longer steeper hike, then yoga, then lunch, body mapping evaluation, then Pilate's, then pain, skipped chi ball stretch. Next Dinner and Massage. I will sleep well.
